CD Digipak

Digipak has emerged as the #1 choice for bands and performing artists who want to raise their 'image' up a notch. With a more contemporary and organic visual appearance, Digipak helps to create visual separation between your CD and all of those CDs in traditional plastic cases. Even though it's stylish you don't have to sacrifice versatility or practicality - because Digipak is available in a wide variety of styles that include multi-panel and multi-disc, and the ability to accommodate printed paper inserts or booklets into pockets or even as glue-in additions.

With it's low-plastic construction Digipak also scores points on an environmentally-friendly level. At CDwest.ca we print our CD Digipak on FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified board-stock using vegetable-based inks and waterless printing technology.

This is our top Digipak seller! The CS1000 Digipak is the favorite for clients who want all of the form and function of a jewel case but not all the plastic. This low-plastic packaging product uses FSC certified board stock, vegetable based inks and waterless printing technology.
 
The CS1000 has a single disc capacity, features 4 panel construction, single fold, printable spine, and your choice of clear or black CD tray.

Even more of a good thing! The CS1020 Digipak features all of the same great look, form and function as the CS1000, but this one has an extra fold to accommodate more graphics and provides an even more substantial feel. This low-plastic packaging product uses FSC certified board stock, vegetable based inks and waterless printing technology. 

The CS1020 holds one disc, features 6 panel construction with a double fold, printable spine, and your choice of clear or black CD tray (the tray can be placed on the center or right inside panel). 
 
 

Because CDwest.ca is the actual manufacturer of your CDs we offer professionally replicated CDs in Digipak in quantities as few as 300 units. Replication (also calling 'stamping' or 'pressing') of CDs is the highest quality and most durable method of manufacturing your discs. Each disc is individually injection-molded and physically imprinted with data. This is different than CD duplication which is simply 'burning' the data onto a pre-manufactured recordable CDR.
