is giving away the following prize package absolutely FREE!
It includes replicated CDs in ECO-jackets, Posters, Stickers and
T-shirts. All you have to do is fill in the information requested below and
submit your entry. Here are the details:
(A)
The Prize (there are four items in the prize)
1. Quantity
of 300 replicated CDs with full colour disc print.
*CD215 ECO-jackets, printed 4/0.
All setups, insertion and wrap included.
Pre-press and one round of PDF proofs included.
Ground shipping to the winner's address (destination is limited to
continental North America).
*The CS210
ECO-jacket is printed on FSC certified boardstock containing 40%
recycled content, is 100% recyclable, and is printed using
vegetable-based inks and waterless printing technology.
2. Quanity
of 300 printed promotional posters.
12" x 18" finished size, printed full colour on one side
(4/0).
Allow 1/2" gutter (aka: white border) on all sides.
3. Quantity
of 200 printed promotional stickers.
3" x 3" finished size, printed full colour on one side
(4/0).
Not for all-weather use.
4. Quantity
of 24 printed t-shirts.
100% cotton t-shirts, unisex style, adult sizes S, M, L, XL.
Choose from white or black shirts.
One colour print in one location only.

Submissions
The prize-winner is required to:
· Supply their CD master and a
back-up copy.
· Supply artwork files to CDwest.ca specifications and
templates.
· Submit a completed IPR Form (and
all necessary licensing if applicable).
(C)
Prize Draw
Entries close Tuesday March 31, 2009 at 5:00pm Pacific Time. The
prize draw will take place on Wednesday April 1, 2009 (no foolin!) at
12:00pm (noon) Pacific Time. The winner will contacted in person.
(E)
The Fine Print
· The prize is non-transferable.
· The prize is offered as-is with no modifications.
· The prize will not be provided on a 'rush' or 'deadline'
basis.
· The prize must be redeemed within 3 months of the prize
award
notification. Failure to redeem the prize within that
time-frame will
disqualify the winner and will require a new name to be
drawn as
prize-winner. The time-frame as noted also applies to the
submission of
all required production assets in proper working order (and
all
necessary licensing if applicable).
