Before You Begin: Important Things You Should Know
  Orders that 'start' well typically 'finish' well so we strongly suggest you read our
terms of business and the section dedicated to important things you should know. This information explains our processes and requirements.
   
Order Form and IPR Form
  We have online order forms for you to submit all of your contact, product and shipping information to us, and then our intellectual property release form (IPR Form) which must be submitted for every new order.
   
Your Content Master
  Your supplied master disc copies are considered to be received in final form which means you have reviewed them thoroughly and confirm they are formatted properly and ready to manufacture exactly as supplied. Please read this important information.
   
Artwork
  Artwork issues are the number one reason for order delays and potential extra charge, so we require you to use our design templates and follow our artwork guidelines.
   
Payment
  Payment in full is required at the time you place your order. We accept cash, debit card (in person), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank draft, money order, and company cheque. Additional information about payment. 
   
Send Us Your Production Materials
  Before sending us your production materials please package up in a manner that will protect them from damage during shipping. If you cannot drop them off in person, use a shipping method that provides a tracking number (do not use regular mail). Additional information.
