Orders that start well typically finish well, so please take the time to read the information provided to you here... it will help you understand the ordering process as to avoid mistakes, oversights, confusion and the potential for delays and extra charges.

Sending Us Your Production Materials

Order Forms: If you have submitted our online order forms we will receive automatic notification via email and we will collect the information you've submitted.
Intellectual Property Release (IPR) Form: If you have submitted our online IPR Form we will receive automatic notification via email and we will collect the information you've submitted.
Please note: Copies of any applicable proof of licensing must be submitted to us in hard-copy form.
Your Master: Follow our instructions on supplying your CD Master and back-up copy. Clearly identify your master copies with your job number, name and phone number.
Artwork Files: There are two ways to supply your artwork files to us: (1) Zip or Stuff your artwork files and then name the archive with your job number before uploading the files to our
FTP dropbox. We will receive automatic notification via email and we will collect the files you have uploaded. (2) If you are supplying your files on a CDR please clearly identify the disc with the title 'Artwork' and include your job number, name and phone number on the disc.
Payment: If you are paying by credit card but cannot do so in person please contact us within one business day of submitting your order forms and provide us with your credit card details. If sending payment by cheque or money order, please include your job number as a notation on the cheque and send to the address noted below.

Send Us Your Production Materials

Whenever you send hard-copy production assets to us ensure that you keep copies for your own safety and back-up purposes. Package up all your production assets in a manner that will protect them from damage during shipping. We recommend you use a courier or use an expedited form of postal mail that allows you to track the shipment - we do not recommend that you use 'regular' postal mail.
If you are sending your Assets from the United States (we are in Canada) you must declare the value of the package to be LESS than $10 or a Customs Duty must be paid. Note: We will not accept any shipments that require C.O.D. or Customs/Duty payments.
